2011 has been a great year for the Lucerne based DJ and Producer Raphael Spiess, also known under his moniker Kackmusikk. A whole lot of DJ-Gigs all over Switzerland with his DJ-Crew Hood Regulators, the honor of being selected as a participant of the 2011 Red Bull Music Academy in Madrid and the release of his debut EP Stella EP via Korsett. Currently working on his 2nd solo release, the debut EP of the Hood Regulators and different other projects with musicians all over the world, the year 2012 has a lot more to bring.

Besides this work, he co-founded, promotes and hosts a own event series with international artists, called Global Ghetto Anthems. This series is held once a month at Südpol Club in Lucerne and best known in Switzerland for contemporary club music.
