LEISURE OPTIONS and KACKMUSIKK are the HOOD REGULATORS. For about four years the swiss DJ-Combo has been playing other people’s records in clubs all over the country. With a fast, clean mixing and an explicit orientation towards ‘zeitgeist’ they reinvented themselfes several times. Always dedicated to the dancefloor, but deeply distgusted about monotony, the constant renewal of their dj-crate lead them from different genres to everything contemporary in electronic music: Basically all sounds with bass in it.

The HOOD REGULATORS also curate their own monthly night called Global Ghetto Anthems at Südpol Luzern, featuring the worldwide DJ-Elite. So far, the Duo has only released a Remix of Munich Bass Combo Schlachthofbronx on the German Label Man Recordings – but you can be pretty sure, there’s more to come.
